About Us
One Step Two Step is a leading private allied health practice offering a wide range of services for children, adolescents, and adults, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetics, and Allied Health Assistance. We are now expanding our holistic approach with the inclusion of Music Therapy in our multidisciplinary model.
Our clinics are based in Carnegie (VIC), Ipswich, North Lakes, and Morningside (QLD). We're currently hiring Music Therapists in the Brisbane region (QLD) and welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced clinicians.

In this role, you will:
- Use creative and evidence-based Music Therapy to support clients in achieving developmental, emotional, social, and cognitive goals.
- Provide individualised and group music therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
- Work primarily from our welcoming clinic spaces with some opportunities for community-based sessions.
- Collaborate closely with other allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of group programs and family education sessions.
- Support and coach families, carers, schools, and community partners to implement strategies that enhance outcomes.
- Ensure all practice aligns with NDIS guidelines and current best practice.

What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Music Therapy
- Registered or eligible for registration with AMTA (Australian Music Therapy Association)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A passion for paediatric and/or disability support
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Understanding of the NDIS and how to provide goal-based, client-centred care
- Positive, proactive attitude — new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
