We are currently seeking a** Transition to Operations Manager on the ETCS project **to join our MPERS team on an initial fixed term basis of 3 years. The role will see you driving the business transformation and transition to operations services for the introduction of the ETCS System to Queensland Rail's network.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the provision of business transformation and transition to operational services
- Provide advice and recommendations in leading QR's ETCS transformation and transition to operations planning.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive the ETCS transformation and transition
- SME to the development and implementation of the ETCS Governance model
- Maintain and update the strategies, roadmap and plans that form the overall ETCS Business Transformation and Transition to Operations Roadmap
- Monitor and report on delivery of progress against the business Transitional and Transition to Operations Roadmap

**What we are looking for**:

- Extensive experience in complex mega project and high levels of skill in transformation and transition to operations.
- Extensive experience in strategy formulation, project interface services and overall transformation and transition of operations road maps
- High levels of leadership skills, ability to challenge status quo and drive a culture of high performance.
- High level of skill in strategic and innovative project delivery
- High levels of communication and negotiating skills with the ability to strategically influence decision making across agencies.
