CPL Choice, Passion, Life, part of the CPL Group, is the leading provider of integrated support and advice for people living with a disability in Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and their families.

The newly created Review Panel Coordinator role, reporting to the Group General Manager of Services, coordinates review panel meetings including the following:

- **Service Review Panel**:

- a multidisciplinary approach to supporting teams providing services to clients with complex support needs.
- ** SIL Review Panel-** Financial and quality reviews of the sustainability of Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements across CPL group
- ** Service Delivery Information Panels**:

- Quarterly Information panels involving Leadership Team providing information updates on internal and external projects and NDIS.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of panel dates, agendas, documentation and information required for the panels
- Developing agendas, minute taking, coordination of files
- Contribute to the efficient running and outcomes of meetings by ensuring that all local team contributors have provided the necessary referral documentation, client information and financial analysis
- Advise panel members and local team contributors through meeting minutes and action registers
- Report on the outcomes of panel performance
- Responsible for daily management of the SIL vacancy inquiry inbox

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated high level experience in providing quality clerical, administrative, receptionist or secretarial support.
- Experience in providing administrative support to case management/conferencing - Highly regarded if within disability sector
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed written communication skills and the ability to effectively advise, consult and negotiate with a range of internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, be highly organised and driven.
- Demonstrated problem solving, time management and task prioritisation
- Current Qld Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check
