Team Leader: Executive Services

Based in UniSA STEM at the Mawson Lakes campus
- Full-time (1.0FTE) fixed term contract until 31 December 2025
- Commencement Salary: $87,955 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About the Role**

As the Team Leader: Executive Services, you will lead the operational and administrative services across the Academic Unit’s programs, research activities and strategic projects by providing high level project management support and co-ordination.

You will provide leadership, mentoring and management to a team of Project Officers and Administration Assistants, including performance management and professional development.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- High-level project management and coordination skills, including demonstrated ability to monitor multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Demonstrated experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading a team in the provision of superior quality customer service
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development and maintenance of records management framework, preferably on SharePoint
- High level verbal and interpersonal and problem solving skills including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff
