We enable and support Transport for NSW infrastructure investments in the rail network to maintain the safe, on-time running of our trains for our customers, who are at the heart of what we do.

- Preparing purchase requests, including office supplies, providing onsite support (including security passes, repairs to fix equipment/facilities and cleaning etc).

**About you**

To be successful in this position you will be a high-energy, go-getting self-starter, who can work independently, managing multiple requests and dealing with a variety of different teams and stakeholders.

You’ll have some experience working in the administration space and will be keen to display your strong Office 365 skills particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.

As an important support to the team, you’ll put your excellent communication skills to work to develop great relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the best administrative outcomes. You are proactive, resilient and tenacious, and enjoy chasing outcomes and keeping things on track.

You’re able to work comfortably within a team and find working through problems with others to find a solution satisfying.
