We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the growth and expansion of our Aged and Disability services. The Aged Care Growth Lead will work closely with the Executive Manager to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, optimizing our business sustainability through innovative funding models and transformative service delivery. This role is crucial in driving the overall business model transformation in line with our strategic goals.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week.

**Our requirements to provide care**
- Demonstrated experience in developing business cases, conducting feasibility assessments, high-level reporting, and collaborating on innovative and sustainable projects within controlled budgets.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to solve problems and develop creative, efficient solutions.
- Strong skills in navigating the aged care system, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority.
- Typically requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the relevant field.
- Tertiary qualifications in a clinical/healthcare field, business management, or a related discipline.
