**The **Role**:Automotive Researcher

**The Impact**:This role is key in providing accurate data to our clients for our major local product Vindicator(Matching a vehicle Plate/State to numerous datasets for vehicle residual value, parts catalogs and accurate vehicle identification)

**What’s in it for you**:

- Stay up to date with automotive related trends in Australia and globally
- Building and maintaining relationships between S&P Global and key automotive stakeholder
- Integrate automotive price and specification data with additional data repositories including vehicle registrations actuals and forecasts

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform ongoing research on current and future vehicle releases
- Aggregate relevant vehicle updates & releases from various sources
- Maintain data quality in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in line with relevant business guidelines
- Supporting with customer service for client queries and product development
- Aggregate relevant vehicle updates & releases from various sources

**What We’re Looking For**:
You have
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automotive
- Strong automotive industry expertise
- Extensive vehicle knowledge - Technical and product knowledge
- Intermediate information technology and Microsoft Office skills

You are
- Detail oriented and process driven in your work
- Communicative and open minded
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with others
- Adaptive to a fluid organisation and dynamic industry
