As a **Dealer Processor/Licensing Clerk at Youngs WA**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle sales and registrations. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of vehicle licensing and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and prepare all necessary documentation for vehicle sales and registrations.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate vehicle licensing.
- Maintain and update records of all vehicle transactions and registrations.
- Verify and process customer information and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle registration and licensing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and registrations.
- Assist with inventory management and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support dealership operations.

**You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using office software and dealership management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle registration and licensing.
- Valid driver’s licence.
