Darlinghurst location - $700-$799 per day + super - 5 month contract - March start date - Determine and document who needs to be trained in what based on business processes (for multiple different groups of system users), how each group needs to be trained (classroom, virtual, online module), how long each session needs to be, what each training module needs to contain - Participate in business process and system workshops to thoroughly understand how the business works and how the system will work to support their processes to capture in training deliverables - Thoroughly learn how the system works for all user groups - Create all training modules and materials for each user group (classroom training presentation, system demonstrations, activities for participants to do in the training sessions; virtual presentation-style sessions with system live or pre-recorded demonstrations; online modules for people to refer to-on-demand; training manuals; system demonstration video walkthroughs for showcase sessions) - Facilitate all training sessions (classroom and virtual) - Manage storage of all training materials - Create project plan that lists which training materials and deliverables need to be created/built by when - Report on progress of training materials development - Timetable all training sessions - when they will be held and where for who - Determine equipment required to set up classroom training rooms and work with team on procurement of equipment and room set up - Road-test all training materials and session modules with business representatives and management of user groups and the program team before rolling out. - Manage/create data in the system needed for system demonstrations and classroom activities - Record training attendance - Create post-training surveys, issue to people who have attended and report on feedback - Build strong working relationships with program SMEs for assistance in understanding how the system works Strong experience working in Articulate 360 - **HOW TO APPLY** - Applications received after the due date may be considered for similar roles._ - "Indigeco Acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and Recognise our Brothers & Sisters Connection to Land, Waters and Community.
