A bit about your role

As the Training Services Specialist at nbn, you will play a vital part in shaping and delivering high-quality learning experiences across the business. Reporting to the Executive Manager Training Services, you will coordinate and deliver a diverse range of training programs, including safety, accredited and enterprise compliance training. Your work will ensure that our learning management systems and training records are accessible, accurate and maintained.

You will collaborate closely with operational teams and stakeholders, using your expertise to interpret training data, forecast needs, and continuously improve our offerings. Your contribution will help foster a culture of learning and capability uplift, supporting nbn’s purpose to connect communities and empower people through knowledge.

A bit about you

You are a passionate learning professional ideally with experience working with operational teams. With proven experience in a similar role, you bring a deep understanding of adult learning principles, training accreditation processes and learning management systems—preferably including Workday. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicating with warmth and clarity, and you’re comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from field services to senior leaders.

Analytically minded and tech-savvy, you leverage your advanced skills in Excel and LMS platforms to make informed, data-driven decisions. You manage multiple projects with composure and precision, always maintaining a solutions-focused approach. If you are driven by purpose, connection, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we would be delighted to hear from you.
