About the role
The Client Success and Sales Specialist is the first point of contact for sales leads and a key contributor to the evolution of our customer experience journey, including involvement in the design, contracting and customer feedback.
This role would suit someone with sales, account management or customer success experience ideally gained within the healthcare sector (hospital, large clinic or private practice). This varied role will offer you the autonomy to do your best work and the opportunity expand your skills.
Integral to the success of this role is being able to build genuine relationships with our practices and doctors, problem solving ability to come up with creative solutions and be confident in speaking to doctors.
This is a full time, permanent role based either in Melbourne CBD, hybrid working arrangement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the sales process and execute sales from initial contact to point of contracting in the interests of Practice Solutions
- Be highly motivated to create and progress warm and cold leads and opportunities
- Utilise the knowledge base of Practice Solutions to design complete solutions for potential clients
- Convert inbound enquiries from potential customers into sales opportunities
- Follow up potential customers and convert into sales opportunities
- Promote and maintain a high quality of professional, service oriented company image among potential sale
- Facilitate clear lines of communication
- Encourage an atmosphere of continual improvement
- Ensure that there is a high level of customer service
- Previous experience in a sales, account management or customer success role ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and establishing customer requirements,
- Strong analytical and sales skills to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are established for a successful service outcome.
- Strong planning skills and ability to establish client priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for improvement.
