**Introduction**:
Powertech has over two decades of experience in providing specialist testing and commissioning, operations and maintenance, equipment hire and calibration services to key regions across Australia.
We are an agile team and due to a continued need for various resources across our services we have an exciting permanent fulltime opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Brisbane team in our Murrarie office.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Work with the Powertech Talent Portal based on the ELMO HRIS platform.
- Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to ensure we are meeting our recruitment needs and driving continuous improvement in our processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your line Manager.
**Experience, skills, and qualifications**:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Blue collar recruitment or resourcing experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as willing to learn any in-house systems and work with this as required.
- Experience using ELMO or other HRIS would be valued.
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
