We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant **Yardhand /Customer Service** to join our **Dandenong branch.** **Duties & Responsibilities** - Foster and drive the ‘Yes We Can’ attitude in achieving internal and external customer satisfaction. - Attend to 'walk-in' customer enquiries and purchases - Answer incoming calls, placing orders and assisting with customer enquiries. - Provide customers with product, service and procedural information. - New customer account setup - Process credit card payments as required - Support Operations and Sales staff - Refill and handle LPG gas cylinders - Load and unload transport vehicles - General yard duties **Skills & Experience** - Experience in administration and customer service roles - Forklift licence an advantage. - Experience cash handling - A professional and friendly telephone manner - Good attention to detail - A professional approach and positive attitude to your work **Benefits** - Competitive Salary Package - Work in a state of the art office building with on site parking. - Monday to Friday - Day hours, immediate start - Employee and reward and recognition program - Opportunity to progress If you believe you possess the skills and experience listed above and want to be the next member of the Supagas Team, please click
