**Your new role awaits**:
The position of Yardperson (Labourer) at **Dandenong **is a key support role responsible for the maintenance of the Branch yard area and ensuring the safe loading and unloading of equipment. You will work with a dedicated team in this busy environment, to ensure the branch yard is always safe, clean and organised.

As well as providing a high level of customer service, you will also need to:

- Load and unload equipment from vehicles using safe loading & unloading procedures.
- Perform general yard duties, including cleaning of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and organised yard.
- Assist with basic service and repair of non-high-risk equipment in a workshop environment
- Promote a Safety First - Zero Harm safety culture - _talk about safety to your colleagues and customers._

**About you**:
As well as having experience in a similar role, ideally you will have the following:

- Current driver’s license and own transport
- Forklift and EWP tickets are desirable, however full training and support will be provided if you don’t currently hold these licenses
- Mechanical aptitude - _you enjoy tinkering with equipment and operating in a hands-on environment_
- A strong knowledge of and commitment to safety
