**About the Opportunity**:
The Health & Safety Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our teams across the Brisbane site and other CleanCo locations. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you'll provide first-line support for health and safety queries, coordinate seasonal initiatives and training programs, and oversee external providers. As a champion of consistent safety standards, you'll collaborate with the broader Health & Safety team to drive our strategy and foster a strong safety culture.

This is a permanent full-time based in our Brisbane office, with the expectation to travel between CleanCo’s assets when required.

**About you**:

- Already acquired or seeking to acquire further certification or diploma in specialty.
- ICAM training or similar.
- Experience providing a wide range of health & safety support and knowledge to a diverse range of people and locations in a similar high risk, heavy industry and office environment.
- Experience in developing new processes and tools and implementing them across the business.
- Experience in working with and delivering within Health and Safety risk frameworks in a high-risk environment.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, organisation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work demands and competing priorities.
- Tertiary degree in a relevant or related discipline to speciality, is highly desirable.
