Hi, I'm Dr. Ganesha Param - aka "Gan" and I own and run Doctor Vein, here in Frankston. I'm an experienced Phlebologist specialising in the treatment of varicose veins. I'm always focused on getting the best outcomes for my patients. Seeing their excitement and joy once we have completed treatments has been the driving force for why I do what I do. I always knew I was going to be in the field of helping people. Coming from a family of finance and business, I was the odd one out as I focused on how I could best connect and help individuals. My natural love for people and my curiosity on how the body works, led me into a career of medicine. **And right now I'm looking for a creative, efficient, confident and competent individual** to join us, in a part-time capacity, to take control of all things marketing, social and digital. **Who are you?** - Self-confident and intelligent - You've got commercial 'smarts' - A a doer - with vast resources of energy - Quietly assertive - Sociable... but you get on with the job too - You love the disciplines of process and structure - Glass-half-full - but not blindly optimistic - A confident decision-maker - Comfortable with being held accountable - You love taking the initiative - You have a balanced view of the world, calling on facts while also using your intuition **The gig?** Quite simply, managing and organising our entire marketing for the business, which includes google, social - Organic and paid - You will either directly manage the platforms, or use outsourced contractors. Your outcomes will be based on leads converting into treatments. The role has potential to be hybrid WFO/WFH. Cool huh? It's a wide and varied role in a very dynamic, entrepreneurial, sophisticated business. **Why would you?** Well, no one ever leaves once they come into our business Seriously Because they love the experience and collegiality of working together to a common vision.... To improve the confidence and how our patients feel about themselves. We are all about people and connections.
