Your employer a leading automotive dealership group in Melbourne's South East, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Sales Manager to oversee a talented team of 5-6 sales professionals. With multiple dealerships across Melbourne, including locations in Frankston, Lilydale, Cranbourne, and beyond, you'll be at the helm of a dynamic operation representing top brands like Ford, Haval, Jeep, LDV, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driver's license.
