Due to continued growth, we are **NOW** recruiting for 2 of our leading clients within the Engineering sector as they seize on new project awards and expansion. With this, we are looking for a highly experienced Electrical Design Manager and a Senior Electrical Designer.

Joining an established Engineering specialist you’ll lead the Electrical design management of a fantastic team, supporting projects across the WA resources sector with a portfolio including Switchgear Design, Power distribution, and Renewable Infrastructure. We’ll need you to be a proven leader, with an eye for spotting and developing Engineering talent through a strong mentoring and coaching philosophy. Alongside this, you’ll oversee final stage submissions and high profile client engagement and management to provide an additional management level alongside the Director level.

We’ll need you to:

- Demonstrate a Strong and Connected Career within the Australian Electrical Design Sector (Resources & Renewables).
- Be a proven leader, with an inclusive and supportive management style.
- Be client facing and enjoy engaging our client portfolio at a site and board level.
- Be a strong communicator with both internal stakeholders, clients, and senior executive management.
- Tertiary Qualified: Electrical Engineering
- Have a strong systems background across multiple design/Software packages
- AutoCAD
- MicroStation
- PowerCAD
- PowerFactory
