If so, you might be the person we are looking for to be an APS6 Finance Support Officer within the Australian Nuclear Powered Submarine Regulatory Design team, located in Canberra.

The APS6 Finance Support Officer is accountable to perform and achieve complex financial reporting work within an integrated workforce. They are accountable to ensure they have knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements.

The APS6 Finance Support Officer is expected to deliver complex financial management and accounting activities, including balance sheet management and financial statement analysis and reporting. The APS6 Finance Support Officer will also prepare and provide advice on complex accounting and financial reporting policy to stakeholders and line managers.
