Sarina Russo Group has been a leader in the Education, Training and Employment industry for over 43 years. We are seeking a customer service focused person to join our fast paced team as a Level 1/2 Service Desk Support based in Brisbane CBD on a full time basis.

We are looking for a
**motivated **and
**innovative **individual who is eager to learn and grow within our organisation. Using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you will ensure all service desk incidents & requests are responded to, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.

**The Job**:

- Provide support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies.
- Actively support and maintain a wide range of software technologies and hardware assets
- Actively monitor a service desk queue and identify, troubleshoot and problem solve issues, incidents and service requests
- Escalate and collaborate with network and projects team where appropriate
- Create and maintain internal systems documentation (manuals, policies, processes, and guides) in alignment with Group IT requirements
- At least 2 years experience within a similar role and relevant IT qualifications
- Experience in using Microsoft cloud and on-premise technologies such as Office 365 (desktop apps - Outlook, Word. Online
- Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Windows server, Windows desktop (10/11), Active Directory, Azure AD.
- Sound knowledge and experience with LAN & WAN technologies installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Powershell or other scripting language regarded
- Ability to cope with pressure, changes to planned work schedules and greater challenges due to fluctuating organisational demands
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Current drivers licence
