You'll work as a team with Lead Educators, parents, and other professionals to implement and support personalised support strategies to remove barriers from participation. If you are dedicated, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful impact, this role offers the opportunity to make a difference each day **Description**: About the role - "Can Do" attitude and belief that all children have the right to enriching and engaging experiences, tailored to their needs and understanding. - Motivated to support your Lead Educator to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation. - Support children with diverse learning needs while working collaboratively with the educator team to foster inclusive practices and meaningful connections for all children. - Proven experience in inclusion support and have assisted in setting up, facilitating, and cleaning down activities. - Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback and reflective on best practices. - Pride in the room being presented immaculately as a welcoming and safe environment. - Work set shifts, 5 Days a week. - Guide educators to understand the specific needs of individual children and how they can help support all children better, promoting integration and inclusive practices throughout the centre. **Skills and Experiences**: We want you to feel valued for your ongoing efforts, commitment, and dedication to your role.
