**What We’re Looking For**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast food or retail management role
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of food handling and hygiene protocols
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
- Experience using POS and stock control systems
- Strong time management and organisational skills

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Retail Manager, you will be expected to:

- Oversee the selection of food and beverage offerings to meet customer demand and maximise profitability
- Monitor stock usage and availability, and set benchmarks for inventory control and service delivery
- Develop and execute promotional activities to attract and retain customers
- Engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high standard of service
- Keep accurate records of inventory, sales performance, and daily transactions
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and work towards meeting financial targets
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
- Ensure all operations comply with workplace safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations
