**Garden Maintenance Contractor**

Garden maintenance business is looking for someone to assist with working on gardens mostly in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. The business has built up a really good book of referral work and is turning it away. There is a focus on doing a good job, and that's helped build a strong work in progress.

It’s a lot of residential work, some commercial. And there is an existing contract with a southside based real estate agent.

Regards how much work is available, it really depends on you and what you are after. The previous worker started on a few hours per week and has developed into a 30 hour a week role. The bottom line is that the work is there, how much mostly depends on you.

The main idea of this opportunity is that it can be tailored to suit your life-style. Choose your own hours or days that suit to do the work
