About The Role

As a Team Leader in Landscape Maintenance and Enhancements at _Garden Life Landscapes_, you will be tasked with leading an assistant technician(s) in carrying out duties related to the maintenance and enhancements of green spaces. Examples include lawn mowing and edging, chemical and manual weed control, pruning and detailing of shrubs and trees, shaping of plants / topiary, fertilising and pest or disease treatment, mulching, planting and turf reinstatements, acreage mowing and things related to horticulture. A clear understanding of and the ability to safely utilise industry tools and equipment (where qualified to do so) is necessary, as is the capacity to coordinate with your offsider(s) to ensure assigned tasks are being completed logically and to a high standard. Our clients range from prestigious residential homes to high end commercial sector clients.

About You
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Horticulture
- Minimum 2 Years Industry Experience
- Current police check or ability to obtain one
- Experience in soft-landscaping desirable
- A methodical approach to your work; can you balance efficiency with quality?
- Exceptional communication: do team members and clients value their interactions with you?
- Thorough knowledge of the industry; do you have prior experience or qualifications in the field of landscape maintenance?
- Confidence in problem-solving; can you intelligently overcome unforeseen complications?
- Positive leadership: do you lead by example and constructively motivate your team?

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $29.38 per hour
