We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members at L A Donuts. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and creating positive experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of donuts and beverages according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including wiping down counters, restocking supplies, and adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products, promotions, and special offers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service during busy periods.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times, including uniform standards and sanitation protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members alike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $44,607.29 - $77,691.55 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
