**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, adhering to our standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment, to ensure efficient operations and a visually appealing environment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations as needed.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, safely and effectively, following proper procedures for brewing and extraction.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and contribute to a positive work culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.19 - $36.61 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
