Join Team Experience in Waterloo as a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner responsible for Winning Group brands such as Appliances Online. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement effective people strategies aligned with the BU's financial position, organisation plan, and business goals. Throughout your designated business area, you will become the go-to expert for all matters related to people and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. The key to your success in this role will be your consultative approach and strong drive.
- Build strong consultative relationships with Line Managers to partner with them to provide expertise, advice and support across all areas of the employment lifecycle including onboarding, retention, development, performance management, reward and recognition.
- Provide a comprehensive range of operation support to Line Managers in areas such as Awards interpretation, employment law, etc
- Collaborate with Winning Academy Team and Line Managers to deliver employee engagement and development strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in interpreting Modern Awards, with a strong preference for Retail & Hospitality sectors, showcasing your ability to navigate industry-specific regulations.
- Thorough understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and the intricacies of relevant employment law across different states.
- A proactive mindset, eager to delve into new concepts and push boundaries, demonstrating a willingness to challenge conventional norms.
- Comfortable thriving in fast-paced settings, where adaptability and agility are paramount to success.
- Previous exposure to New Zealand Employment Law and Awards, underscoring your versatility and cross-border expertise.
- Strong attention to detail, time management capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Sense of humour - non negotiable

**Additional Information**
- Applicants should be currently based in Australia and hold valid work rights.
- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
