Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in Sydney's West, local to Auburn.

Situated in an easily commutable location, this is a highly supported environment that includes an experienced Clinical Manager, AN-ACC support, education support, Rostering and Admin team, plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.

**_Role Requirements_**
- Full time Australian working rights
- Previous Management / Leadership experience in Health / Aged Care
- AHPRA Registration desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
