**About Us**

Our charming residential aged care facility, Guildford Village, has been caring for the elderly in the Perth community since 1982. Our facility strives to feel like home for the residents and our staff are tasked with caring for residents as they would for their own family. Our experience in service delivery is reflected through 39 years of maintaining the highest of standards for our clients.

**About the Roles**

The role of Support Worker is to provide support to the residents in our aged care facility or the clients in our mental health hostel. Support workers are tasked with creating a home-like environment for everyone at the facility, whilst undertaking duties such as assistance with daily living tasks or personal care needs, medication administration or the preparation and serving of meals. Our Support Workers work closely with our Registered Nurse, who will provide guidance and supervision to you throughout your day.

**Skills and Experience**
- Flu vaccination.
- COVID-19 vaccinations.
- NDIS clearance check.
- Proof of working rights.
