**ob Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Leasing Associate to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing leads, meeting potential tenants at properties, and securing lease agreements for individual room rentals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and outreach
- Respond to inquiries and schedule property viewings
- Meet prospective tenants at property locations for tours
- Present the features and benefits of available rooms to prospective tenants
- Address questions and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Assist in completing and submitting leasing documentation
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with lead generation
- Reliable and punctual, with access to transportation
- Experience in sales, leasing, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with rental platforms (e.g. Facebook Marketplace, SpareRoom, etc.) is a plus
