- You’ll be working closely with your People Group peers to design and deliver people programs that enable rapid growth and scale. We're looking for a Head of People Partners (HR BPs) to help us build a workplace that’s as collaborative, effective, and as loved as our product is. This role will be a multiplier, enabling People Partners to be true strategic partners and ensuring leaders at every level are growing and building highly engaged teams.**What you'll do**:

- Lead the People Partnering team, providing clarity of expectations and enabling your team to succeed against those expectations.
- Inspire and support the ongoing development of your team. Upskill in their professional development, enabling them to deliver company-wide people programs through supportive coaching and inclusive leadership.
- Facilitate connections with Business Leaders to influence alignment on how People Partners can most meaningfully contribute to business goals.
- Enable a world-class people strategy that fully embodies our philosophies around empowerment, values and goals.
- Facilitate cyclical company-wide talent/performance programs.
- Lead the People Partnering team in the development and delivery of high impact annual strategies across our Groups.
- Co-design, facilitate and implement leadership development, talent management and performance management processes.
- Help shape and operationalise our evolving People operating model to support Canva’s growing, global people footprint.
- Lead and encourage your team to work in tight partnership with peers across the entire People Group.
- Perform People Partner role for Canva’s Finance & Legal teams.

**Who you'll be**:

- Significant experience in the people & culture space including leading teams of experienced HR professionals (ideally HR BP teams).
- A passion for developing great people, teams, and organisations.
- Excellent understanding of broad range of HR programs including workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, organisational design & development, talent management, and total rewards.
- Ability to think strategically and synthesise complexity to come up with solutions with tangible impact.
- Expertly navigates ambiguity and gets energy from crafting opportunities and solving challenges
- Results and outcomes focussed. Experience tracking, measuring and evaluating outcomes to demonstrate impact.
- Ability to balance the big picture with short term focus and initiatives
- Able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders, including leads, Canvanauts and our broader People team functions
