Join Greenwood Academy Animal Care and Agriculture, a trailblazer in offering animal care courses to international and domestic students in Australia, as our new passionate Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring effective communication with clients.

**About Us**

Greenwood Academy is Australia's leading animal services education provider, and we are committed to diversity and inclusivity. We provide nationally accredited qualifications in Animal Care and Business. Our students gain comprehensive, job-ready training, including 240 hours of vocational work placements.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all accounts across Australia, fostering relationships with agents and key stakeholders
- Establish, track, and analyse sales targets, producing thorough sales reports
- Assess market dynamics and competition, adjusting selling strategies accordingly
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Represent Greenwood Academy at educational fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales strategies
- Plan, budget, and oversee sales initiatives
- Organize engaging seminars and webinars
- Maintain and update the agent database meticulously

**Qualifications**
- Experience in sales and managing customer relationships
- Chinese native speaker preferred
- Proven sales coordination and sales operations skills in the Education/VET sector (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation, sales, customer service and communication skills
- Track record of developing and implementing successful sales plans
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Established network of Agents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Chinese (required)
