- $35.73/hour + super
- Temp to Perm opportunity
- Full time position (Monday to Friday on a rotating roster from 8am to 7pm)
- Hybrid work environment (once proficient)
- Start date: ASAP
- Based in Docklands

**Your new role**
As a Home Loans Case Manager, you will deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach. You will require to do the following:

- Receive inbound calls from internal and external customers, and initiating outbound calls to customers or their representatives
- Assist in offering appropriate arrangements and assistance for our customers who have arrears on their loans, credit cards or mortgages
- Assist with settling outstanding mortgage accounts
- A genuine passion for providing first class customer service
- Confident ability to work with multiple systems
- Strong desire to work towards individual targets and team goals
- Being empathetic and having the ability to build rapport with customers
- Have high attention to detail when dealing with customer enquiries.
