**How will I help?**
You will be responsible for analysing and delivering insights on the customer journey and optimising sales pathways across digital properties for the Consumer Finance unit.
You will also be responsible for:
- Achieving a sales scorecard through defined digital strategy, roadmap planning and coordination with wider working group (Product, Distribution,, Experience Design) and agile scrum resources (Marketing, Content, SEO, Personalisation, Digital Production).
- Leading and developing the strategy to deliver an optimisation roadmap for metrics, analysis, reporting, and testing on digital marketing programs and sales campaigns that support the broader digital team objectives
- Leading and maintaining day-to-day all marketing analytics, reporting, and analysis across all consumer touch points within the business
- Increasing digital lead and origination volumes in tandem with CRM, Paid media and NBA team and SEO
- Contributing to define and drive the digital strategy for your chosen segment within eCommerce, as aligned to key customer needs.
- Working alongside Service Owners to synchronise the vision and objectives of the squad
- Demonstrating a willingness to develop and broaden experience with establishing customer segmentation and approach to targeting
- Integrating digital strategy across multiple channels ensuring all activity is aligned to customer segmentation model
- Identifying issues & opportunities to drive additional quality traffic in the customer journey leading up to product origination
- Maximising lead nurture and sales conversion

**What do I need?**
- Experience in digital roles across sales/service, marketing, product or analytics
- Adobe suite of product including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target etc.
- Preferable experience in matrix businesses and financial services
- Data driven approach to problems & opportunities
- Proven ability to deliver to project milestones
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding business KPIs
- High level of commercial acumen
- Evidence of engaging and influencing senior management and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present value propositions
- Results Orientation - focuses attention on key objectives
- Post-graduate qualifications in business related disciplines (desirable)
Preferable experience in matrix businesses and financial services
