**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and driven **Retail Manager** who is passionate about people, products, and creating exceptional customer experiences. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-category retail environment and knows how to inspire a team to consistently perform at their best.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Manage visual merchandising and in-store presentation
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory accuracy
- Implement promotional campaigns and achieve performance targets
- Maintain operational standards, safety, and compliance

**About You**
- Proven experience in retail management (books, fashion, lifestyle, or fragrance preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail with strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across diverse product lines and customer demographics
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
