**About The Role**

The Contract Compliance Lead is responsible for determining and delivering the compliance requirements within the scope of the Federal Government Home Care Package framework. The Contract Compliance Lead is also responsible for providing support to the Compliance team, participating in and conducting regular Provider Audits and to ensure the timely delivery of services to consumers.

We are seeking multiple, full-time applicants with internal & external auditing and MYOB experience. Experience in a health or aged care setting is desirable, but not necessary.

**Duties**

**Liaise with Providers, Consumers, and their representatives to**:

- **Answer general compliance inquiries and support the onboarding and ongoing compliance verification processes,**

**Undertake provider life-cycle management and liaise with providers as necessary, assisting with**:

- **Service Agreement**:

- **Processing professional qualification screenings, assessing National Police Checks, vaccination details, insurance documentation and personal information,**:

- **Submitting and processing invoices,**:

- **Determining Conflict of Interest including personalised agreements, completing Risk Assessments**:

- **Determining provider expiration and termination.**

**Conduct regular compliance Audits of Brokered Partners**

**Support Coordinators and Providers to become compliant and maintain such compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant legislation.**

**Experience**
- **Internal and External Auditing experience preferred**:

- **2 years experience in a regulatory compliance**:

- **2 years experience in an Accounts Payable function, preferably using MYOB**:

- **Practical understanding of the Aged Care sector and Quality Standards is desirable but not essential**

**Salary & Benefits**
- **$60,000 - $65,000 per annum (commensurate with experience) + 10.5% super**:

**Mandatory Requirements**
- **Current Federal Police Clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international Police Check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years**:
