**The Department**

The Audience Data and Insights team is paving the way for SBS’s audience-led, data-driven transformation, for the benefit of all people in Australia.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Head of Audience Data & Analytics within our Corporate Strategy function this role will see you drive Content Reporting across SBS.

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of analysts and researchers to provide the organisation with reporting and insights about content performance (article, audio, video) across SBS’s diverse products and platforms. The Content Reporting team provides timely, comprehensive reporting and insightful analysis to inform decision-making, understanding performance and for communicating insights.
- Manage the Content Reporting team and engage with stakeholders across the business
- Provide the organisation with timely daily, weekly, monthly reporting and annual reporting
- Liaise with our business intelligence team to create and publish automated reporting
- Generate content projections and performance reporting across multiple data sources
- Engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure reports are fit-for-purpose and continue to meet the needs of the organisation
- Engage with key external stakeholders (e.g. OzTAM, RegTAM, Nielsen) on the roadmap for relevant industry reporting and implications for SBS
- Continue to train and develop members of the Content Reporting Team in the skills and capabilities required to fulfil their role at SBS

**About you**
- Prior experience growing and managing a high performing reporting team
- Solid experience in digital or broadcast data and reporting, projections, and insight generation.
- Experience with audience measurement datasets (ie. TAM, Nielsen), dashboards, and reporting
- In-depth knowledge and experience of enterprise digital analytics tools preferably in a media environment
- Experience using data to drive customer outcomes
- Experience with audience projections or statistical modelling
- Ability to prioritise and manage work across a team
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation and communications skills, ability to present effectively at all levels of an organisation
