**The role and what we are looking for**
- Working with the software development group, utilising Agile principles to manage the prioritisation of workload and ensure the appropriate resourcing of each development phase.
- Working with Capricorn's business units to define the IT change management and release processes from scratch to ensure they meet business expectations and deliver the agreed outcomes.
- Responsible for all reporting aspects of the release and IT change management processes.
- Demonstrable knowledge in developing and managing IT change and release management processes in other organisations in an ITIL Environment.
- Solid understanding of development methodology with experience in facilitating meetings including Pre-cab, CAB as well as continuous process improvement.
- Sound knowledge of SDLC
- Significant prior project management experience and (preferably) possession of related industry qualifications.
- Strong relationship development skills - an ability to build a strong, collaborative relationship with both business and technical teams.
- Prior experience with usage of Atlassian Jira and Confluence software suites.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in an organisation to deliver outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
