About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity which will be based on-site at a prestigious independent school. In this role you will provide the full provision of services including Print production and the preparation and distribution of print work. If you enjoy solving problems and exceeding client expectations, this role will be perfect for you.

**Requirements**:

- Print Room production and document composition duties
- Ensuring high quality internal and external documents are produced in the Print Room
- Providing functionality within the Print Room for scanning services to convert hard copy documentation into electronic documentation
- Providing offline finishing binding, scoring and laminating
- Liaising with the Marketing Department and providing print options for events and/or marketing material
- Utilising Accurio Flux Ultimate for processing of all jobs and promoting Web to Print throughout client site
- Managing Overflow where jobs cannot be completed on-site
- Basic level troubleshooting

**Essential requirements for this role**:

- Excellent client management and troubleshooting skills
- Flexible, willing to assist, comfortable with meeting deadlines in line with SLA’s
- Well presented
- Familiarity with Konica Minolta Production Print Equipment
- Self-motivated and very comfortable working autonomously
- Enjoys collaborating with clients, staff and your Konica Minolta peers
- A current Working with Children Check is essential
