As a Print Machinist, you will be part of our production team bringing large-format print projects to life – from construction hoardings to retail rollouts and event displays. You will operate a range of modern printing and finishing equipment, ensuring every job is delivered on time, on brand and to spec.

Task & Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and maintain large‑format flatbed and roll‑to‑roll printers, digital cutters and vinyl plotters.
- Produce decals, hoarding panels, window graphics, point‑of‑sale and visual‑merchandising signage.
- Prepare and align substrates for print and finishing.
- Manage ink calibration, colour matching and print profiling across various materials.
- Monitor production quality, troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed.
- Operate cutting and trimming equipment to precise specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning for optimal machine performance.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow, quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous hands‑on experience in large‑format or signage print production.
- Mechanical aptitude with digital print and finishing systems.
- Understanding of colour management and different substrates.
- Competent with RIP and print‑management software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality control.
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Trade qualification in Printing or Graphic Pre‑Press desirable (or equivalent experience).
