We are an Australian owned national print & design franchise that has been in business for over 40 years. Our well established print and design business based across the road from North Sydney train station provides high quality design, print, signage and marketing services to our clients to help them succeed.
**About you**:
- Enjoy detailed work and multi-tasking
- You are accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work
- You are an effective communicator, someone who is able to advise and motivate others whilst being aware and responsive
**The Role**:
- Digital Print production including workflow, processing jobs, quality control & productivity.
- Provide expertise and production assistance to the customer service team.
- Customer support - offer suggestions to customers to enhance the quality of the work, improve their overall buying experience and manage expectations.
- Digital file handling, digital printing, and finishing direction & assistance.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Knowledge of print-based products and services.
- Customer service experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience using digital print and finishing equipment is preferable
- Experience with Printsmith and/or similar computer-based workflow management software will be highly regarded.
- Assisting the team with many and varied responsibilities.
