About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to support the Director Performance & Clinical Services Planning to manage the implementation and development of clinical performance initiatives, service and operational planning and monitoring and reporting across RBWH. This senior role will work with executives, clinicians and support services throughout RBWH to provide support and action to implementing change, improve processes and support collaboration at RBWH
About you
- Provide a bridge between clinicians and business support services to support clinical services having access to relevant data to inform decision making on prioritisation of need and allocation of resources.
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful planning and delivery of priorities, projects and programs, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
- Ensure key elements such as effective governance, organisational change management, benefits management, etc. are effectively implemented and managed.
