Promise Care Solutions is looking for a team of compassionate, energetic and driven Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in The Hills District. We provide individualised and tailored care and support to people living with disabilities. We offer a wide range of support, services and programs to our participants and their families which includes:
- Community Access
- Supported Independent Living
- Respite Care and Short Term Accommodation (STA)
- Home Assistance
- Personal Support
- Behavior Support
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Driver's License
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working with Children’s Check
- Cert III in Individual Support or Above
- Covid-19 Vaccination
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting our participants with day to day activities
- Building relationships with our participants
- Supporting our participants with appointments
- Providing community access to our participants eg grocery shopping, recreational activities ect.
- General cooking and domestic duties eg laundry, food preparation ect
- Recording detailed Incident Reports and Shift Notes
- Ensuring the participants needs are being met, paying particular focus to the goals outlined in their NDIS plan.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.50 per hour

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Shift work
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kellyville, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
