**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 68-year-old woman with a brain injury to remain living independently at home by helping her achieve daily activities such as:

- Duties Include
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:

- 22:00 - 07:00 (includes sleepover 2300 - 0700) - Tuesday
- 13:00 - 1800 - Wednesday
- 15:00 - 18:000 - Friday
- Also, opportunity of work in surrounding areas

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
- Female workers preferred and previous care is experience is essential.
