We have an excellent opportunity for a Dealing Associate to join our Computershare Investor Services (CIS) team, based in our Yarra Falls office. If you’re looking for a job that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, you’ve found the right role.
**A role you will love**
The Dealing Associate is responsible for the day-to-day execution services provided to plan manager clients and their employee share participants, ensuring that all regulatory and market requirements are met.
You will work closely with our executing Brokers and internal stakeholder groups to ensure all transaction activity is executed with accuracy within agreed timeframes whilst adhering to our regulated licencing requirements.
The role holder will also provide technical support with operational solutions for new and existing product offerings.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
- Engage internal stakeholders for all Dealing related products & services
- Daily reporting
- Proactively deal with risk controls as required with any functional or process change
- Effective operational delivery of all Dealing related activities (Sale, Purchases, Transfers)
**What will you bring to the role?**
You will possess the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes, thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline driven task’s daily.
**Other key skills required include**:
- A strong understanding of dealing regulations
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge and understanding of trading systems
- Computer skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Risk management focus with experience identifying and mitigating risk
- Adaptability
- A strong understanding of Employee Share Plans (preferable)
