Chantel Early Learning Centre is a dedicated, well-resourced centre located in the heart of Mortdale close to public transport and local shops/schools. Dedicated to providing high quality care and education for children aged between 6 weeks and 6 years. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Diploma trained educator and an Early Childhood Teacher who can work within our preschool rooms and take on the role of the educational leader to join our team.
- Essential Criteria:

- Approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification approved by ACECQA
- Develop and implement a program that allies with our centre’s philosophy and the National Quality Framework.
- Oversee and lead our two preschool rooms with support from our experienced staff who have been working with us for many years.
- Build professional, open and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Work alongside the centre director in the planning and implementation of the centre's QIP and Self-assessment.
- Take on the centre's Educational Leader role with mentoring from the centre's director. Training will be given to the right applicant.
- Current WWCC, Child Protection, First aid Qualification
- Confident Communicator with families, educators and children
- Strong Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- Ability to be a mentor and lead a team of educators in the absence of the Nominated Supervisor.
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to oversee the centre program and planning cycle

The position can be offered full-time/part-time or casual based on your needs and flexibility.
