Our client is seeking an exceptional
**Assistant Centre Manager** to assist lead the service in Mortdale, alongside the Centre Manager. The service has a capacity of 28 children per day, you will be required to work both on and off the floor.

This Centre is calm, purposeful and offers intentional teaching across all of the rooms with a play-based practice. Occasionally you will need to step in and manage the Centre with the absence of the Centre Manager.

**Essential criteria**:

- ACECQA approved/recognized Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education
- NESA registered
- Working with Children Check number
- Current First aid and CPR certificate
- Understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
