- Hours - 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process orders for pick and pack
- Process warehouse receipts and despatch
- Out-turn air and sea freight shipments
- Check customs clearance status
- Book cargo inspections and local transport
- Customer service at front counter
- Invoice charges

**Role Requirements**:

- Some international freight forwarding warehouse administration experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferred but not essential experience in Cargowise, ICS and WMS
- Ability to prioritise and time manage
- Results driven and customer focused with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
