Eager to take that next step in your career? Work for a leading company in their field as an Accounts Payable Officer with 1 direct report and take ownership of managing the company's accounts payable function, ensuring that vendor invoices are paid accurately and on time.

**Your day-to-day**:
Reviewing and verifying incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Recording and reconciling vendor transactions in the company's accounting system.

Maintaining accurate records and files for all accounts payable transactions.

Processing and preparing payments for approval, including the preparation of checks or electronic transfers.

Responding to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account information.

Assisting with month-end close processes and year-end audits.

Collaborating with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Adhering to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

**Who you are**:
Strong experience with end-to-end AP processes,

Intermediate to advanced with Excel,

Reliable and collaborative,

Strong attention to detail,

Good work ethic; and

Can work with non-financial stakeholders and guide them through financial information.
