**About the Role**

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader who knows their way around a factory environment and enjoys leading a small team of people in a dynamic environment. Working for one of Australia's iconic brands, this permanent afternoon shift role in located in our Epping cement render plant.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute of the site production plan
- Day-to-day supervision and working as part of the team on the production floor
- Be the back-up to the production supervisor, as required
- Support and lead the team

Set the foundation for the site’s Safety and Quality performance. The approach and actions are integral to the products and services we deliver to our customers and underpin the site’s “can do” mindset.

Actively participate in site Continuous Improvement activities, as members of project teams or investigation/review participants. They contribute and help execute improvement ideas that increase site productivity, quality and safety.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in production environment
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit and have the ability to comfortably lift up to 25kgs
- Ability to lead a team through problem-solving and improvement projects.
- Forklift Licence would be an advantage
